Return & Refund Policy

At Sharon's Designs, your satisfaction is our priority. Because every item is custom printed on demand just for you, please read our policy carefully.

All Sales Are Final on Custom Printed Items

Since each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or sizing errors. We strongly encourage you to review our size chart before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sharonsdesignstx@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. Email us at sharonsdesignstx@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel.
